Privacy Policy

The Collector’s Circle form collects the email address voluntarily submitted. The basket stores product choices and a Shopify basket reference in the visitor’s browser. When you continue to Shopify checkout, Shopify collects the contact, delivery and payment details needed for your order.

Collector’s Circle email addresses are kept until the subscriber asks to be removed, and are used only to give early access to view new work before it is shared publicly. They are never sold, rented or passed on to any other company. No newsletter emails are currently sent by this website. When live ordering is introduced, customer details should be used only to process payment, fulfil orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Collector’s Circle membership is based on consent. Order information will normally be required to perform a contract and meet legal obligations. Information should be shared only with service providers needed for hosting, payment, delivery and communications, once those providers are confirmed.

The data controller is Hare Cottage Art, trading as Morena Artina. You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, or withdraw Collector’s Circle consent, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Contact: morenaartina@gmail.com.
