These terms describe the gallery and the purchase process for pieces available through the connected shop.

Products and availability
Original paintings, vintage jewellery and antiques are one of a kind unless a listing says otherwise. Made-to-order prints remain available in the offered sizes. Photographs and descriptions aim to represent each piece accurately; colour may vary slightly between screens.
Prices, orders and payment
Gallery prices and estimated postage are displayed in pounds sterling. Only pieces matched to the connected Shopify store can be added to the basket. The final price and delivery charge appear in Shopify checkout before payment; do not complete payment if these differ from the gallery estimate. Orders, payment methods and confirmations are handled by Shopify once checkout is completed.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
The Delivery & Postage and Returns & Refunds pages form part of these terms once their outstanding details are confirmed.
Intellectual property and liability
Artwork images and written content remain protected by their respective intellectual-property rights. Purchasing an artwork or print does not transfer reproduction rights. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits a consumer’s statutory rights.
